A Victory for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Since the company’s establishment in 1997, the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion have been particularly highlighted at Premier Continuum.

“One of the things I am most proud of is having created, with my sister, as two independent women entrepreneurs in a male-dominated environment, an innovative, open-minded, and diverse organizational culture. We had to overcome so many obstacles and today, we are proud to stand as one of the top organizations in our field.”
—comments Isabelle Primeau, President and Founder of Premier Continuum.

She adds: “I would love to be able to say it's a challenge we no longer face, but although much progress has been made, there is still work to be done. And I’m all in.”

At Premier Continuum, we value professionals of diverse origins and nationalities. We provide all the resources our team members need to grow professionally and personally, be inspired, access leadership positions, and thrive.

Today, our team comes from over nine different countries, spread across four continents. Additionally, 50% of our team members, 60% of managers, and 80% of BCI-certified instructors are women.

In the past year, we have notably worked on a complete revision of our human resources structure, pay equity, and employee manual. We have ensured the integration of current best practices in DEI, flexible work schedules, and remote work, to account for work-life balance and different work styles.

We are very proud to win the title of DEI Champion, which affirms our leadership role in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion and testifies to the profound and positive impact of our initiatives in our industry.
